Depuis quelques années, le Directoire de l’Association NUFI projette son Congrès, sans y parvenir. Il voudrait tout mettre en œuvre pour le convoquer en février 2017 (10 au 12 février). Nous avons depuis longtemps l’habitude d’affirmer que NUFI est un feu sous la cendre (textuellement « un feu de coque de palmiste). A certaines périodes, Nufi semble définitivement éteint, à d’autres , il a repris son souffle. Cela est-il toujours vrai aujourd’hui ? En 2011, nous avons organisé un séminaire qui, avec le concours de deux experts, a établi un diagnostic opérationnel de l’association. Il a mis en évidence plusieurs faiblesses de l’Association. Le diagnostic se résumais en ces termes. «Le déficit organisationnel et communicationnel, couplé à l’insuffisance des ressources, au faible intérêt des acteurs et la non implication des jeunes conduisent à l’hibernation de NUFI » In 2011, we organized a seminar which, with the help of two experts, established an operational diagnosis of the association.
