NUFI : LES REFORMES

Il y a quelque temps que vous n’avez pas reçu de nouveaux articles sur notre site. Veuillez nous en excuser. Ne pensez pas cependant que NUFI et ses dirigeants dorment.

Mais avant toute chose, NUFI souhaite une merveilleuse Année 2018, à ses Amis, à ses frères Haut-Nkamois et aux lecteurs de ce site. Mieux vaut tard que jamais!

Pourquoi un si long silence ? Voici quelques explications: L’Assemblée Générale qui nous a réuni à Bafang, fin mars et début avril 2017 nous a confié une mission qui a retenu toute notre attention.

On attendait que l’Assemblée renouvelle les dirigeants de l’Association; il a considéré que le moment était venu de renouveler son système de gestion. La révision des statuts viserait à ouvrir l’association à de nouveaux membres, avec une nouvelle force et des idées nouvelles, permettant de relancer NUFI et le faire rayonner davantage.

Ceux qui ont pris connaissance du rapport et des résolutions de l’Assemblée Générale, qu’elle a apporté deux innovations: nouvelle organisation de l’association et nouvelle répartition des responsabilités.

Au plan de l’organisation, l’Assemblée a décidé d’instituer un Conseil d’Administration représentatif de tous les partenaires du développement de la langue, de la culture et des traditions du Haut-nkam. Le Conseil examinera les grandes orientations de l’association pour les soumettre à l’approbation de l’Assemblée. Le Conseil est le maillon intermédiare entre l’Assemblée et le Bureau Exécutif. Ce dernier étant chargé de mettre en oeuvre les dites orientations à travers les plans d’action annuels.

Au niveau territorial, l’Association adopte une nouvelle organisation  à deux niveaux: au niveau des régions et de la Diaspora, l’organisation sera à l’image de l’organisation centrale avec orgnes régionaux (assemblée, conseil d’administration et Bureau exécutif régionaux)

L’Assemblée avait donné mandat à l’équipe dirigeante sortante, de selectionner les Administrateurs, les réunir en session inaugurale pour : reviser les statuts, élire les membres du Bureau exécutif, arŕeter le plan d’action annuel, préparer la session de l’Asemblée qui se prononcera sur tous ces travaux.

1. Sélectionner dans les catégories des parties prenantes des personnalités dignes de siéger au Conseil d’Administration

2.Réunis en session, les administrateurs réviseront les statuts pour les conformer aux décisions de l’Ag;

3.Ils éliront la nouvelle équipe dirigeante et lui donneront les directives pour un programme d’action;

4.Le Conseil arrêra une date pour convoquer l’Assemblée Générale, pour examiner et valider et ratifier les  résultats des travaux ci-dessus.

Le Directoire a contacté individuellement, ou à travers des associations, oralement ou par  correspondance, les personnalités jugées  les plus aptes à apporter leur concours intellectuel ou matériel au rayonnement de NUFI. La plupart d’entre elles ont accueilli favorablement  cette proposition.

En fin de compte, le Conseil a été convoqué en session inaugural le 20 janvier 2018 à Bafang.

BEST WISHES FROM NUFI ASSOCIATION

Some time ago you did not receive new articles on our site. We apologize. Do not think, however, that NUFI and its leaders are sleeping.

But first and foremost, NUFI wishes a wonderful Year 2018, to his friends, to his brothers Haut-Nkamois and to the readers of this site. Better late than never.

Why such a long silence? Here are some explanations: The General Assembly that brought us together in Bafang, at the end of March and the beginning of April 2017, entrusted us with a mission that caught our full attention.

It was expected that the Assembly would renew the leaders of the Association; he considered that the time had come to renew his management system. The revision of the statutes would aim to open the association to new members, with new strength and new ideas, to revive NUFI and make it shine more

Those who have read the report and resolutions of the General Assembly, that it has brought two innovations: new organization of the association and new distribution of responsibilities.

At the level of the organization, the Assembly decided to establish a Board of Directors representative of all the partners of the development of the language, culture and traditions of Upper Nkam. The Council will review the general guidelines of the association for the approval of the Assembly. The Council is the intermediary link between the Assembly and the Executive Board. The latter is responsible for implementing the said guidelines through the annual action plans.

At the territorial level, the Association adopts a new organization at two levels: at the level of the regions and the Diaspora, the organization will be in the image of the central organization with regional organizations (assembly, board of directors and Executive Office regional).

The Assembly mandated the outgoing senior management team to select the Executive Directors and convene them in an inaugural session to: revise the statutes, elect the members of the Executive Board, table the annual plan of action, prepare the session of the Assembly that will decide on all these works.

You are rightly wondering: where are we today?

The Assembly gave the directives for the Directoire to :

a)Select in the categories of the stakeholders aforementioned dignitaries worthy to bemembers of  the new Board of Directors:

¨ Revision of the statutes of the association in view of complying with the  decisions of the last General Assembly;

¨Election of the new management team and and adoption  of guidelines for the 2018 action plan;

¨In good time, convening of a session of General Assembly in view of  reviewing, validating and ratifying the results of the above agenda as executed.

As required, the Directoire took action to contact the dignitaries  judged the most apt to bring their intellectual or material support to the influence of NUFI, individually or through their associations. Most of them welcomed this proposal; some could not be reached.

In the end, the Association Board of Directors met for its first session, on  January 20th, 2018, in Bafang.
